Overview
Kimberly K. Moraski is an associate in our Scranton Office. She graduated from Dickinson College in 2004 and Widener University School of Law in 2007. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the Lackawanna Bar Association. She is an active member of those Associations and serves on several committes, including the New Lawyer's Induction Ceremony, Annual Meeting , Young Lawyers, and Mock Trial Committees. Kimberly also commits time to charitable organizations, and has authored "C.S. v. Department of Public Welfare: A Concurrent Collission of Appellate Review in Two Separate Forums."
Prior to joining the Chartwell Law Firm, Kimberly worked as a criminal defense attorney in the Munley and Associates Firm and the Lackawanna County Public Defender's Office. She is experienced in litigation and will concentrate on Worker's Compensation Insurance Defense.
