Overview
Katherine Miller is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence and National Security Studies from Coastal Carolina University, where she was a member of the Honors Program and Phi Sigma Pi Honor Fraternity. Katherine attended law school at Duquesne University, during which time she served as a judicial clerk to two Allegheny County judges. Following her admission to the PA State Bar, she began practicing law at a mid-size firm, primarily focusing on insurance defense litigation including general liability matters, personal injury, products liability, and subrogation.
Katherine took a two year hiatus from the practice of law after having twin daughters in 2021. She recently returned to the field and is now focusing on real estate matters including seller’s disclosure claims, transactional matters relating to the sale and purchase of real estate, landlord/tenant disputes, homeowners and condominium associations, tax sale related issues, and general civil litigation.
