Since 1998, David E. Cook has represented and defended the people of York County in both criminal and civil matters. As an assistant district attorney I was responsible for overseeing the prosecution of child abuse and domestic violence cases for the county. In private practice since 2006, I have focused largely on divorce and child custody. This combination of criminal and civil family law experience makes me a knowledgeable York attorney who can navigate complex legal processes.
