Hired Attorney Timothy E. Ingersoll 2018-2020If I could give a negative 100 I would. Unfortunately still dealing with this sad excuse of a “professional”. I should have listened to other’s warnings and “yikes” when I mentioned his name. And the rude secretary, mess of an office, and his disaster of a desk should have made me run. He is the worst lawyer I have ever met. Do not trust him with anything. He can’t find his way out of a paper bag. Disorganized. Lazy. Rude. Straight up lies to clients and ignores them for months on end. Nothing but constant excuses and ZERO follow through. Can’t handle a simple Estate despite being handed all of the details in an extremely detailed and organized spreadsheet. Asked the same questions 20x. And then proceeded to completely ignore any and all responsibility for a year. Worst experience ever. Stay far far away. I can’t say enough negative things about him. I feel bad for all of his former and current clients.
