Consulted Law firm 2024-2026Don't waste your money, time or trust with Nick Plante, his communication skills are non existant. He definitely charges you for who know what, drags things out only to be brought full circle back to issues that do not matter. The only matter he has taken care of is draining my bank account without any results in this modification.

Hired Attorney Nicholas J. Plante 2022-2024Nicholas plante was awful. After I paid in full he disappeared for almost 6 months-would not answer any calls or emails. As my daughters GAL he spent a total of 11 minutes talking to her before writing his report, after which he charged more, acted completely unprofessionally, and ultimately the court had to throw his whole report out because it was so bad. He is lazy and rude and not interested in actually helping anyone. It took him almost two years to do what I was told would take around 2-3 months.
