Consulted Attorney Stephan Tull 2024-2026This law firm has very limited knowledge of the laws. All their reports for their court cases are prepared by Metro Public Adjusters, and they use court system flaws to drag cases with constant motions and objections knowing that no judge will be reading numerous pages of irrelevant information until the case gets to trial. Metro Public Adjusters reports are irrelevant reports prepared without through damage assessment nor site visit. Metro Public Adjusters even state in their reports that all the claims are made and prepared based on hearsay by the person they spoke with. Metro Adjusters receive kickbacks from this law firm if they refer clients and settle for specific amount of money extorted from the insurance companies. Stephan J. Tull inherited this business structure that was established by disbarred attorney Scott Ronald Gallant. See also correspondence between Scott R. Gallant and deceased partner Steven C. Feinstein (Feinstein vs Gallant) where Metro Public Adjusters Mentioned in multiple email correspondences referencing them as their clients and business dealings for each case they referred to them.

Consulted Attorney Stephan Tull 2024-2025Don't trust he works for free, no commission to fee doesn't exist. He doesn't have your interest at heart and possibly knows less in the matters he takes on to handle. No competence of law knowledge either, just look up his cases and you'll see irrelevant case citations in all of his court filings. He hopes when he files cases in Civil Court he'll scare people and score low ball settlement to cover his bills. I can understand he's young and trying aggressive approach and willing to take anything that comes his way. See also current suit brought against him by his former business partner and mentor, who's now disbarred attorney Scott Gallant. This will tell you a lot about shady business he runs.
