Hired Attorney 2017-2018Mr. Kadish took my case with ease as he demanded a hefty fee from my family. He made huge promises and did nothing but underdeliver and ruin my life and what I am learning so many other lives. Craig Kadish lied to me, my family and those helping with my case. He came to see me while incarcerated so intoxicated from whatever he was on that he was falling asleep talking to me in jail. Not only that, he was falling asleep when we had a court hearing. He never kept me updated, he constantly talked down to me and said the most inappropriate things. Mr. Craig Kadish is a crook and a liar that is under investigation from the Maryland Bar for damaging so many lives. He is evil and careless and a liar. All he cares about is money. He was so inappropriate every time we spoke to him and would say things about his private life but he was falling asleep as he was talking and would yell at his staff. I hope people take this review seriously because he has cost me years of my life that I can never get back. After he accepted payment he disappeared. He bashed his wife, his associates and other lawyers out there. He would talk about himself for hours on end and never get to a point. Craig Kadish was rude, condescending, a liar, unethical and shouldn’t be allowed to do anything that puts people’s lives in his hands. He has a horrible mouth, is unprofessional, crude, arrogant and a know it all. There are many attorneys out there that would actually do their job, SOBER and would make you feel like they were working for you. Mr. Kadish just lied and went in circles and then didn’t show up to court and left me hanging. Apparently he has been practicing law under the influence of drugs and alcohol his entire career. He is so out of control his own personal facebook page is shamelessly filled with inappropriate posts. I have had many of his clients connect with me and I have learned that he has done this for years. I hope this man gets justice and that people see through his lies and stay away from a junkie lawyer and an outright user, WIFE ABUSER and liar. He is a horrible person. Thanks for the home detention Mr. Kadish… You should be ashamed of yourself and your horrible actions. Mr. Kadish can’t stay off drugs long enough to even come to the office on a regular basis. Anyone that was good at that firm has left. Don’t buy what he and his lying secretary try to sell you. RUN THERE ARE BETTER LAWYERS OUT THERE!!!!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
