    Bruce Boerst Jr. and the staff at The Boerst Law Office were incredible! They took on my daughter’s injury case after 3 other “big” law firms turned us away and said that we didn’t have a case. My daughter was got burned after a maintenance guy turned up our apartment’s hot water tank without telling anyone. The water was so hot that it scalded my daughter and caused 2nd and 3rd degree burns all over her body. Bruce was patient and actually listened to us. After fighting with the other attorneys l and the insurance company, Bruce and his experts uncovered the truth and got us the justice we so badly needed and deserved. Bruce made them pay! And more importantly, Bruce even went so far as to make the landlord repair or replace ALL of the faulty and old hot water tanks in all of the slumlord’s properties. This will hopefully save hundreds of people from experiencing the same trauma that our family went through.
