I just like to give reassurance to anyone who's looking into having Bral & Associates reprensent them in getting their day in court. They represented me in a slip and fall personal injury claim against the 7/11 store. I slipped and fell on some liquid in the parking lot due to their negligence and broke my patella ( knee cap) . It was a very fustrating ,helpless, painful time in my life when I began to look for a attourney. I must of called about 20 different lawfirms and finally I found a lawfirm that was willing to put the time, attention and effort in a difficult case as mine. It did take a little over 2 yrs. To actually start the negotiating process and I decided to settle and take the offer at 35,000. I was told I could keep going and continue to pursue for a higher amount of settlement or take the offer at hand. I live 6 hours away from this lawfirm but I felt very safe and phone call away with them on my side . I only had medi-cal at the time of seeking physical therapy and being private insurance patients were priority, I was put at the bottom of the waiting list. Months away from an appointment. The first day Bral & ASSOCIATES aggreed to represent me and I signed the agreement contract they scheduled an appointment for me with the best physical therapist in town. Hired them in August 2019, they allegedly worked my sprain ankle case for one month and then decided my injures weren't as sever as they thought, based on my photos. How can they make that claim based on my photos? Did they fall and feel the pain, or walk in crutches for 3 weeks? They, (jared brown) sent me to a chiropractor for 3 times a week for a month. It was very far from me and was a pain to get too, considering gas and time it took, about 30 mins to and from it. And I was only there for 10mins of therapy. Plus he had me scheduled to see an ortho too, but never got too. So he said they weren't going to be able to represent me. Then I get a bill for $1175 from the chiropractors office. Unbelievable. I feel scammed and I feel it wasn't professional and the fact that he never even made contact with the property owners where I fell. What a waste of my time. I definitely don't recommend this firm.
