Verified ClientHired Attorney 2017I got super lucky finding Jeremy Lessem, he happened to be the first lawyer I contacted. I was stopped by a state parks officer and given a ticket for a misdemeanor. I contacted Jeremy and he listened to my story sent me out to where the incident happened with an investigator. They built an argument that proved the officer's story was weak and plead me down to an infraction. This option was the shortest and cheapest option for me that kept me from having a criminal record.

Verified ClientHired Attorney 2018I worked with Danielle Tamir and Arianna Drulias. Though I am very pleased with the outcome of my case that Daniell Tamir achieved (one of my friends told me that I am the luckiest person in the world) most of my contact was with Arianna Drulias. She was professional and thorough, but I appreciate her for the advice she gave me: it set me on the right path. I am walking that path to-day. I have Arianna Drulias to thank. I think of and thank her daily.

Verified ClientHired Attorney 2017Excellent legal representation. I highly recommend this firm and attorneys. Knowledgeable, expertise, timely communication, considerate, and caring. I am highly satisfied with the legal representation I received and the excellent communication from attorneys and support staff. This firm is a 5 star legal team. Again, I highly recommend this attorney and this law firm.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
