Hired Attorney 2004-2026On Traumatic Brain injury...Not a strategist....he went on vacation right before our mediation and was utterly unprepared when he came back...we met on the fly to arrive at a logical number to float the insurance company as a starting point...He asured me he would share these figures with SAIF...No go. When they asked us how we arrived at the figures we gave them him and the mediator put it on me showing that the insurance company never got the figures ...and on top of that he was trying to twist my arm to sell my lifelong care I won through accepted conditions for pennies on the dollar...Why? He would have walked away with 30% selling me down the river...All for pilling papers on what looks like a crows nest he calls my file. Good thing I walked from mediation listening to my gut feeleng. When it dawned on me what I could have lost I emailed a simple question he refuses to answer " Was I going to lose my lifelong care on the traumatic brain injury a win on accepted conditions? Cricket cricket!!

All of them were winning cases and each time I got my worker compensation in a timely manner. As with all cases there were a lot of challenges on the way dealing with the insurance companies; however, with Mr. Kelly's caring and determined nature we were able to overcome all possible obstacles to make it an ultimate success!
