Hired Attorney Marshall J. Ray 2020As a Public Defender in Criminal Law. I would NOT Recommend anyone to use this Lawyer. Mr. Ray is too much of a Leftist Liberal to be of ANY use to anyone fighting For their Rights as a Righteous Conservative. His Motions are Written Soft and Sweet so that the Judge has a Wide open Road to Reject any Motion to Dismiss from a INNOCENT Defendant. I am Fighting the ACLU which is a Known Leftist Organization.. With the Third Attorney I am Using, the Prosecution Finally Dropped the Charges of " Interstate Communications" For Lack of Evidence and has Changed the Charges to " Threat of Arson" Which they have NO Evidence for either. But the Judge Has Been Purposely Stalling the case for Months just to keep me from being Socially and Politically Active on all of the Social Media Sites I am on. NO Objections were made By Mr. Ray as to the Violations of my Constitutional Rights and the Lack of Evidence or the Lack of a Warrant at the time of arrest, or the LAME EXCUSE the Federal Agent made at the time of My Arrest. I was arrested because the Agent " Had an Uncomfortable FEELING to my answers to His Questions".. My Letter to the Court Describing my Reasons for Termination are on Record. I also have all of the emails that were passed between Me and Mr. Ray.
