5.0 out of 5 stars

I will start by saying I can't thank Eric Anderson enough for fighting for my family. People may say well that's what I paid him to do and yes it is but we all know that doesn't always matter. I can honestly say I would never go with any other attorney to represent me and my kids and if I had to I'd pay Eric 10 times over and then some! When it comes to your family especially your kids there's nothing as parents we wouldn't do for them and if our families are at risk and need a professional to help defend our families we of course want the best of the best which is Eric Anderson hands down! He's amazing at what he does I can't say enough great things about Eric and I wish we could give more then 5 stars anyone else who's hired him I'm sure would agree! If you need an attorney due to cps concerns of any kind and you want the best I'd highly recommend Eric Anderson in fact I'd only recommend Eric Anderson! I could go on and on but you get the point Eric is by far the best of the best and he's worth every single penny and then some! Our family gives you endless stars Eric and we'll be forever grateful for your hard work defending and protecting our family!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
