Consulted Attorney John Paul Velez 2022I called Mr. Velez's office on a Friday and spoke to a woman who took the basic information on my personal injury. She stated, Mr. Velez was away that week but would "call me on Monday or Tuesday." I did not receive a call that week. The following Friday I called the office again thinking maybe he didn't get the message or was busy due to being on vacation the week before. I was told by the woman on the phone that she was sorry he didn't call and she would give him the message and "he will call when he gets a chance. Well, he never called! If he wasn't interested and he figured it wasn't worth his time to at least have a consultation with me, he could have had the courtesy and professionalism to call me and tell me or have his secretary call me instead of having me being available by my phone for 2 weeks so I wouldn't miss his call. My time is just as important as his time!
