I reached out to Ashley as an employer that received a wage garnishment request for one of our employees. We as a small business had never dealt with a situation like this before so really did not know how to go about it and what we had to do on our end. Ashley set time aside to listen to the situation and advise us what we needed to do in a correct and lawful manner.
