The team at B&M is super responsive and helpful. I never felt left out in nowhere land and all my calls and emails were promptly returned when I had questions. My case was settled for way more than I thought it would be. They were also able to greatly reduce my medical bills which meant that more of the settlement money went to me. Side note, who knew that hospitals could be so quick to negotiate. It was a great experience and they delivered for me. They are super friendly as well.
