Located in DeLand, we focus primarily on estate planning, probate and guardianship law, real estate law and business law. In addition, we handle litigation and select personal injury cases. Founding attorney Kirk T. Bauer holds Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating of AV Preeminent* for his legal ability and ethical standards. He is a member and past president of the Volusia County Bar Association as well as a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts. Together he has more than 30 years of combined experience in their respective areas of practice.

I had to do a probate issue with some property and Jaclyn Crawford and her associates at the law firm were very quick and very helpful in their response time and taking care of our legal matter. Bauer and Associates was recommended to me by a friend. My husband died without a will and we owned property together that I wanted to sell. Knowing that the people I had to deal with would be difficult, to say the least, I was happy for the recommendation. From start to Finish I dealt with Jackie.
