This was a long process but knowing ahead of time what the process was and having him there to always answer my calls was a godsend. The trail was 1 month away after it had been moved back 3 times but we went into mediation and Nico was so ready and I mean so ready it was scary. So when our case was presented to the judge and client they knew they had to settle this case, they were going to lose and they didn't want to go to court. The case was settled in two sessions of mediation because Nico would not give in to their small offers, he had a number which we agreed on before hand and would not budge. They said they need more time to come up with more money and we settled in the first 2 hours of the second session for a lot more then our original number we had in mind. If that isn't a Rock Star, I don't know what is. The settlement is life changing and will ensure my family and I will be well taken care of medically and financially for life.
