When I founded the law office of Carolyn N. Budnik, PLLC, in Gainesville, Florida, I did so with the goal of helping individuals through complex legal issues in the areas of real estate law, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. As a native of South Florida, and with 19 years of experience on my side, I am in a position to competently advise clients on everything from real estate closings to business formation and dissolution. I have a long-standing reputation for representing clients both in and out of the courtroom and for providing affordable strategies that I tailor to the unique needs of each individual.

I founded the law office of Carolyn N. Budnik, PLLC, after working in several industries across South Florida. After starting a family, I realized I needed a set trade and decided to take on a paralegal position. It was then that I discovered my passion for helping others through the law. I was a student at Nova Southeastern University by night and, by day, I was a full-time paralegal. Through it all, I raised my family.

Now, two decades later, I fight for the rights of my clients at every turn. I offer affordable rates and make my services accessible. A few ways in which I do this is by accepting credit cards as payment, offering virtual appointments and offering monthly payment plans.

I am a debt relief agent. I help people file for bankruptcy relief under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
