At Cona Elder Law PLLC in New York City, New York, our goal is to guide our clients through their options and help them take the steps that preserve their estate for their loved ones.
Our law firm team customizes each estate plan to the needs of the client. That means listening carefully to their wishes and then making the choices and drafting the documents that put that plan in place. We handle the following matters:

We also work with veterans to prepare, present and prosecute claims, helping them to receive the benefits that are rightly theirs. Our attorneys have accreditation from the Department of Veterans Affairs, and more than 500 veterans and their families have turned to our law firm for assistance.
Cona Elder Law PLLC also handles family law issues and provides services to skilled nursing facilities and hospitals regarding collection and litigation, guardianship, Medicaid and patient discharge matters. We have a second location in Melville, and our law firm accepts credit cards for our clients' convenience.
