Working with this law firm was effortless. They did all the work, checked in on me weekly and several times; often notifying me of the next anticipated request from the SSA and being ahead of the next steps to elevate any worries for me. The process was swift as I had heard from many it took years and even then many cases were denied. My case was approved in less than 8 months. Morgan Earl was my contact person and she was so very nice and professional.She called to keep me informed on everything and I was given a phone# and email address to get in touch with her ..My calls were returned quickly .....it took 15 months to get approved but I believe it would have taken much longer without Crest. I would like to thank CrestSSD for helping me with my disability claim. I did receive it in only 9 months after being denied the first go around! Everyone was so professional, very thorough and persistent. I unfortunately did not get awarded back pay and I feel badly about this because this is how CrestSSD gets paid. If you don?t get back pay, they do not get paid or charge you a dime for services. Yes, it?s true! It does help to have professional help and this company is the way to go! Very professional and worked with me in a timely manner. Kept me updated on my case and communicated with me regularly on my condition, medicines, dr. visits etc. Yes, it took awhile but well worth my time . The only downside was that over the 2 years i had at least 5 different reps.

Iwas told it was a nightmare to apply for disabiliy. It would take three or four years. I took a chance and filled out an application on line. Crest took very good care of me abd I was approved in four months. Thank you Crest for taking good care of me.

The initial process is kind of slow. That's not their fault it's just the social security process. But once everything was settled it was great couldn't ask for a better company. I recommend them highly

I contacted them for an initial consultation through their portal and have heard nothing back. If they are too busy to answer, imagine the service!!!

She walked me through the process with patience, tolerance, empathy, availability, genuine caring, retuned phone calls in a timely manor and would call me when she had to make me aware of any news on my case. I could definitely tell she wasn't there just for a paycheck because Morgan went above and beyond the parameters of her job. I know this to be true because I have worked in customer service from my very first job until I had to stop working. Management and employees who care could always tell who was there for the paycheck and who really cared about their job.
