Located in Franklin, Tennessee, my firm – Dana McLendon Law – has a legacy of more than three decades working tirelessly for residents throughout Middle Tennessee in their pursuit of justice. I use my skills and legal acumen to find solutions to problems related to criminal law and family law.
You can approach me to fiercely contest offense accusations of assault and battery, domestic violence, drug crimes, felonies, sex crimes, theft, violent crimes and misdemeanors. Navigating alone through the complex justice system can be daunting. I can guide and assist you in tackling these charges with the help of knowledge acquired from over 30 years of astute legal representation.
Appearing before both appellate and trial courts, people come to me with divorce cases entailing challenging division of property, relocation, paternity issues, business ownership issues and child custody. Apart from fighting on your behalf in courtrooms, I also negotiate deals and mediate between parties to find a middle ground between direly opposite standpoints.
Be it criminal law or family law, dealing with a long-drawn litigation process can be emotionally draining for individuals and their loved ones experiencing it. Over the decades of my career so far, I have built a track record of success and understand the adverse financial, physical and psychological impact the processes have on you, enabling me to function accordingly.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Florida, after which I enrolled in the Vanderbilt University Law School for my Juris Doctor, which I completed in 1993. I appear for you before courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Rated “Superb” on Avvo, I have also received a peer-review rating of Distinguished* through Martindale-Hubbell.
Apart from fighting tenaciously on behalf of you in court and representing you at negotiation tables, I am available to clear your queries and help you understand the intricacies of your case in detail. If you need a friend who’ll stand by you during the tough times and assist you with both diligent representation and credible counsel, contact me. Your initial consultation is complimentary. My firm offers virtual bookings and accepts credit cards as well.
