After many years my wife and I felt it necessary to redo our Last Will & Testament and Living Will. After some research I found the firm or Delzer, Coulter & Bell specialized in this area, had impeccable credentials and experience in this area, and also had excellent reviews. Mr. Coulter and staff were most pleasant, courteous and professional. Mr. Coulter took the time to explain all the details and advised on how to proceed. He suggested that we also should have a Power of Attorney and why. We proceeded and had our Last Will & Testament, Living Will, and Power of Attorney done. When completed and before all signing was done he met with us, reviewed and answered all questions we had. We are very pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable.
