Hired Law firm 2019-2020The best law firm & they will work with you on payments. They are a small firm but that doesn't mean anything. I was going thru a custody case fighting for parenting time with my kids. The opposing party was being represented by the "Gasper Law Firm". The other party also had their attorney since April 2019. I was representing myself at the time. It wasn't looking good at all. I kept faith in God. Something led me to the Moller Law Group. The best decision I could of ever made. Mr. Moller didn't get on my case until late October 19. Remember the case started in April 19 and I didn't have anyone to represent at the time. I was fighting by myself against an attorney so my odds weren't looking good at all. Once Mr. Moller got on my case in October 19 my final orders hearing was set for January 20. All I have to say is that I'm happy with the results and I happy how hard Mr. Moller and his team worked for me. Most Law Firms will drop your case if you can't make a payment, not this Law Firm, all they did was set me up on a payment plan. They weren't upset they didn't say they were going to drop my case they just continued to work hard. I would highly recommend this law firm. They are great and funny and about business.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
