I have often thought, ?how on earth could my family show appreciation for the efforts of David Putzi and his colleagues?? Maybe giving a heart-felt thank you is a start. Our young adult child was accused of a crime he did not commit and we went to trial. From the moment he took our case, David Putzi worked tenaciously to guide us through the deep lows, and the twists and turns of the legal system. My son spent only one night in jail and was returned to his family to await trial, all because of Mr. Putzi?s strong suggestions at that hearing. Our time in dealing with this case stretched to two full years from accusation to trial. Throughout, Mr. Putzi was always respectful and encouraging. He was steady. He was our ?rock.? Not only was he good to us, his trial strategy left no doubt that my son was innocent and the prosecution?s argument was filled with holes. He was found not guilty. During the chaotic trial, his colleague even joined us for support. Thank you to the Law Office of Fischer and Putzi. You always had our back.

The whole staff is very kind and understanding, starting off, I was always reminded for court and any due payments with kindness, the women in the office always greeted me which a smile and answered any questions I had. Our representative, David Putzi was extremely kind and sensitive to me due to the circumstances I appreciated his honesty, because other lawyers have been rude and discouraging however he always kept me in the loop and never gave me an attitude about asking too many questions. Our case was extremely confusing with many problems and stops in the way, but he continued to fight for us and worked literal magic, getting everything dropped and getting us closer to freedom! Mr. Putzi actually listened to me and didn't pre judge me or my situation. More importantly, he saw straight through the fraudulent charges and helped me get them justifiably dismissed. Not only did he walk me through every step of the process, but was super aggressive in getting the charges dismissed. Some folks that feel legal expenses are a waste, but TBH he was so good, I probably underpaid for his services.

My wife totaled a car one dark, rainy night. She was charged with DWI, DUI, reckless driving, and four other counts.
