My name is James T. Jordan, and I have dedicated my Salem estate planning practice to helping people throughout the surrounding cities of Virginia prepare for the future. Whether you have significant assets that you have accumulated over a lifetime or you are just starting your career and family, an estate plan is important. With it, you can ensure that your property will be distributed to those you choose, that your minor children will be provided for and that your surviving family members will not be embroiled in unnecessary litigation.
I have more than 10 years of experience assisting clients with:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Powers of attorney
- Guardianships
- Conservatorships
- Advance medical directives
I have a respected reputation in the legal community and frequently obtain referrals from nursing homes, other lawyers and the state of Virginia. In addition to maintaining my legal practice, I am a pastor at Red Hill Baptist Church in Roanoke County.
Because I am a sole practitioner, I am able to offer personal service and one-on-one assistance to every client. Unlike some law firms that deal primarily by phone or email, I welcome clients to come into my Salem office and talk with me in person. However, if electronic communication is preferable to you, I can easily send drafts of your documents to you online for your review.
Arrange an initial consultation by calling me, James T. Jordan, today.
