The founder of our law firm, Ken Padowitz, is a former prosecutor and has overseen more than 350 jury trials. Prior to joining the firm, Joshua Padowitz worked as an assistant state attorney with an extremely heavy caseload handling potentially thousands of cases at any given time depending on his assigned trial division. Josh also served as the sole prosecutor in the West Satellite Courthouse tasked with making case filing decisions and filing criminal charges for arrests that occurred in the City of Fort Lauderdale. Giuliana Allevato is an associate attorney at the firm, who brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her work, supporting our clients with the comprehensive and tenacious representation they need in complex criminal matters.
