Reckless driving carries heavy fines and potential suspension of license. I could not afford any of that as a caregiver for an elderly person with dementia. Lisa, listened, understood, and worked with the Police officer and magistrate on my behalf. She was able to get the penalty reduced to a much less severe one. Some points and a even a refund on some of the fines I had already paid to secure the hearing. She l attended the hearing alone, as I had come down with covid 2 days before.
