Our managing partner and founder, Ted Laperouse, has worked on several high-profile cases. One of these was defending the Louisiana Department of Administration against a contractor and its subcontractors in a consolidated lawsuit seeking $100 million over allegations of ineffectiveness, delays and additional costs at a state hospital in New Orleans. Apart from functioning as a mediator in the area of construction law, he has been a general counsel and registered agent for various clients.
