My opinion Charles Dawkins jr..is a disrespectful human being The worst I ever seen in my life. Don't say I didn't warn you, he is horrible. He don't know law. Out the gate whatever kind of program the state has for you. That's what he wants you to take. Because you don't know law. He just know how to disrespect people He will ask you for money every time he see you .then he would start complaining. If you only have four hundred dollars on top of the Original feeTalk to you nasty, do not hire him. He is the worst and then he will drop you In the middle of your third and fourth degree charge. if you don't have $7000 or $5000. What he ask me for in the middle of a case do not hire him. He is horrible he will tell you. Your father didn't raise you right but I didn't tell him that his Daddy should have pulled out from his mama Yo mouth, I'm glad you got your nasty mouth fixed. That's why you want money. Pie cost of $50000 to get your mouth fixed. Now you gotta download bill out of this world. Your mama didn't raise you right? She said to told you to brush your teeth. I would not recommend his office. What is fast as you can? Not to mention he changed every court date, never came to court on time or on the date. Always got a new court date. He is horrible, don't say I didn't want you about this man. You need to be shut down

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
