At Law Offices of Jezic & Moyse, LLC, our tenacious criminal defense lawyers are there to represent people charged with many different types of crimes in Arbutus, Maryland. Our law firm has successfully handled cases involving misdemeanor and felony allegations such as arson, assault, attempted murder, drug possession, failure to appear, gun charges, prostitution and sex offenses.
In addition to general criminal allegations, our law firm takes on cases involving the specific and serious traffic offenses of driving while intoxicated (DWI) or driving under the influence (DUI). Whether our clients are facing their first, second or third charges, or a DUI resulted in an injury, our attorneys do everything in their power to eliminate or reduce penalties.
As a former Maryland prosecutor, our founding partner Andrew Jezic is a powerful asset in the courtroom as well as in negotiations. He leverages experience overseeing more than 100 jury trials, including 35 homicide cases to advocate for clients. In the past, our other founder, David Moyce, has been able to effectively argue for the dismissal of even serious charges such as armed robbery.
When we are not handling criminal cases, we are representing people dealing with a broad array of legal challenges, including family law, immigration, personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.
