From our law firm in Frederick, Maryland, we use decades of combined trial and prosecution experience to develop effective strategies and counterarguments, no matter what a case entails. Our attorneys are also able to provide niche representation for serious traffic allegations, including driving under the influence (DUI) and driving while intoxicated (DWI). We are undaunted in the courtroom, even when delivering defense for a repeat DUI that resulted in an injury.
When we are not managing traffic-related cases, we are handling myriad other criminal charges. In the past, we have successfully argued for the dismissal or reduction of misdemeanor and felony allegations such as assault, armed robbery, arson, attempted murder, homicide, sex offenses, prostitution, drug possession, gun charges and failure to appear in court. Attorney Ahmet Hisim has achieved complete jury acquittals for four different clients charged with murder. Our law firm also offers knowledgeable appellate opinions on unsatisfactory rulings.
