Justin R Davis deserves ZERO stars. He purports to be a real estate attorney who was either ignorant or negligent in filing a simple eviction forcible detainer action. He fuddled around with my case from 9-13-21 through 1-4-22 at which time he decided to refer me out to Hull and Holiday. Justin referred me out only after he realized how badly he had screwed up my case. Instead he claimed that the other attorney was just not reasonable and therefor he already spoke to Andy Hull about taking my case. He stated that Mr Hull would be able to handle my case more efficiently and cost effectively! Andy Hull was not able to take my case and instead referred me to another attorney. This new attorney asked Justin Davis's office for the forcible detainer that he filed. The paralegal Ashlie only then admitted that they never actually filed it. Over 4 months had gone by and Justin had done nothing that he had claimed. The entire time I was led to believe and was in fact told by Ashlie multiple times they were working on it. In December when pressed again she said that Justin had filed the eviction and hired an attorney to help as they were just so busy. He strung me along for 4 months costing me precious time and money due to his incompetence of a simple eviction failure alone. This does not consider the domino effect of damages that resulted due to his incompetence and/or negligence. A real estate attorney who is incompetent of filing a forcible detainer action!!! Certainly, a dereliction of duty. When I confronted Justin February 14, 2023 he claimed he had done nothing wrong. In fact Justin didn't even recognize who I was and asked me for my name after I spent nearly an hour detailing everything that had transpired due to his failures. That alone tells you how much effort and thought he applied to my case. He did end up offering me $5K to go away citing that he didn't agree with the merits but saw the benefit of paying me off with $5K which doesn't begin to touch the damages he cost me. Of course that was with the condition that I sign away the rights to file any future complaints against Justin. I did not take his $5K. I will be filing an official complaint with the AZ Bar Association and then taking further action. Until that time I am posting reviews here and everywhere I can in hopes of saving others the damages that Justin R Davis has cost me. I have documentation, recordings and a detailed timeline. Please protect yourself from this "attorney". He claims to be a real estate lawyer but isn't capable of even filing an eviction much less handling opposing counsel. Justin did not communicate the conversations he had with opposing counsel. This man should not hold a license to practice law.?

Justin R Davis is INCOMPETENT. He is a real estate attorney who is literally INCAPABLE of handling an eviction. After he realized how badly he screwed up and after nearly 4 months of screwing around he referred me out. I wouldn't hire this attorney for anything and certainly nothing real estate related. When my new attorney asked his office where the forcible detainer filing was, Ashlie, his paralegal stated they NEVER FILED it being they weren't able to properly serve the tenants??? My new attorney responded, what do you mean I'm looking at the service notice in the file. My new attorney then used the original service from October to file with the court in February. Mr Davis cost me not only precious time but thousands upon thousands of dollars both in lost rents and attorney fees to fix his incompetency, due to HIS FAILURE TO PERFORM and lack of understanding of the law and the eviction process. Complete NEGLIGENCE!! When I confronted Mr Davis he claimed he did nothing wrong. Mr Davis didn't even know who I was which is telling being we had met in person multiple times and I hand delivered the rent checks to his office every single month. Though he claimed no responsibility he offered me $5K (to go away) with the condition that I not file complaints or bring action against him. I was not going to settle with Justin R Davis for less than the damages he caused and therefore lose the ability to inform others as the public needs to be aware of Justin R Davis and his complete DERILICTION OF DUTIES, which he refused to take responsibility for. He has zero integrity and no concern that his actions costs his client money. AVOID The law offices of Justin R Davis at all costs.
