So for the most part, this law office is good but maybe they could improve on responsiveness and efficiency, had to wait a few days before I could get a reply? from what I understand, they?re one of the best rated and popular criminal defense law office here in Santa Barbara so it only makes sense for them to have so many clients to look after. Kudos to this law office for the quality customer service although the reason why I gave them 4 stars only is due to the queue I know we were in pandemic times but it?s just super annoying how we have to wait almost 2 hours just to finally reach the front desk. I suggest that you upgrade the manpower so you can accommodate more clients like me or even have an alternative system that clients can use maybe online scheduling system or something instead of having to do everything either by phone or by going to your office directly.
