Matt and the team at Menzer Law Firm cannot be recommended highly enough. I never expected to find myself in a situation where I would need to find a lawyer, especially as a physician myself seeking legal counsel for review of a malpractice concern regarding the care my wife received during the birth of our daughter. While seemingly kind and responsive, this law firm drug its feet on our potential nursing home / assisted living neglect case for almost a year and a half. Even communicated several times that the attorneys agreed to file a claim against the facilities insurance. More delays. Then, all the sudden they decided there wasn't a strong enough case to take to trial. Um, nobody mentioned wanting to go to trial. What really happened, is they got another case that must have been more attractive (I read the news release, good luck on that one). Now we are outside the statute of limitations. Oh well, we weren't seeking money necessarily (even though it all has cost a lot of suffering and a lot of money), only justice and accountability. Too bad this country doesn't seem to want to hold facilities accountable for the immense suffering they cause. I don't doubt this is a decent firm, too bad they didn't really treat us with the respect expected.
