Anthony R. Paesano focuses on acquisitions and mergers, finance, real estate, arbitration and securities transactions, general business transactions, corporate structuring and compliance cases for the law firm. He has experience arbitrating matters, such as informal and formal investigations, before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, he helps clients work with the FBI and the Michigan Attorney General's office to resolve securities-related fraud cases.

Brian M. Akkashian's focus areas at the law firm are business and commercial litigation, including automotive litigation, customer-supplier disputes, business torts and employment litigation. He provides counsel for all facets of business operations, including employment compliance and contract formation and negotiation. He was named to the Michigan Super Lawyer in Business Litigation list from 2014 to 2019 and formerly represented the Eastern District of Michigan on the Executive Board of the Federal Bar Association. He was also the co-chair of the Complex Commercial Litigation Committee.
