He has represented individuals for murder, rape, felonious assault, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, aggravated vehicular homicide, felony drug possession, felony domestic violence, weapon charges, and other felonies, as well as misdemeanor offenses, including OVI, DUS, drug possession, domestic violence, menacing offenses, stalking and traffic offenses.
Attorney Patrick M. Farrell’s vast experience includes being a former prosecutor which provides him with invaluable insight as to the strengths and weaknesses of the cases that are brought against our clients. The law office of Patrick M. Farrell fully and completely investigates each and every case so as to assist in developing defenses on behalf of our clients and help them achieve the optimal outcome to their satisfaction. His trial skills have resulted in acquittals in a broad range of criminal offenses and have also provided resolution as a result of negotiated plea agreements to the benefit of our clients.
