Palmer John Pelella earned his law degree at the City University of New York School of Law. After graduating from law school, he served as an assistant district attorney before opening his own law office. He handles a high volume of real estate transactions, from purchases and sales of homes to complex multimillion-dollar commercial transactions. In addition, he argues appeals before the appellate division of the state of New York and has litigated civil matters in the New York State Supreme Court.

Consulted Law firm 2021On my way to get vaccinated on unfamiliar 17 West I got a ticket in Broome County for not moving over while a Trooper stopped on shoulder. Hired Law firm 2020If I could give 10+ stars I would. My son got a speeding ticket during the start of covid. We live out of state and my son attends school in Binghamton. We rushed him to get home to NC and paid all the fines from the NY ticket. Unknown to us by pleading guilty NC DMV was allowed to suspend his license for 1 year. We did research and came across Palmer Palella. I sent him a message explaining what happened and if he could help. Well, he answered right away with a couple questions. Then informed me shortly after checking a few things that he could take our case. He was always SUPER prompt at getting back to all questions we had. Then, he even got the courts to re-open my son's case and got the ticket lowered and his license reinstated. We are super happy with how everything was handled and highly recommend Pelella Law!!
