Estate plan was thorough and complete. Everything was explained thoroughly.

I've been working for just over 2 years with this firm on a very difficult case of abuse of an elderly deceased on a Will by a family member. This case has been so difficult as to receive the proof but this firm along with other support systems has gained my support and professionally received the required proof needed to hopefully win the case. The staff at this firm are all professionals and I am grateful for the work they've done. We're aways out and close to a conclusion for a positive Judgement.

All questions answered. Clarified...Firm will keep Trust records indefinitely electronically or via paper copy, vice 5 years previously noted, and continue a relationship (including consultation questions and clarifications) after the Trust is completed until such time as execution is required by either one of us or heirs. Future execution and legal assistance upon Trust execution, as needed, to be negotiated by us or heirs if and when they become necessary. We appreciate that clarification!

My investment broker in CA, did some research for me to find an estate planning lawyer and Pennington Law was one of them. I contacted them and set up a meeting to discuss my needs. We met with Andre Pennington and he was so helpful. I had just lost my husband and needed to set up a trust & living will to make sure when I pass, my children will not have a problem getting my estate and avoiding probate. I really didn't know much about this and Andre was so patient with all my questions. I told him what I wanted and that I have 2 adult sons with learning disabilities and wanted to make sure they were taken care of. Our house is paid for and I wanted to make sure my sons had a home for as long as they wanted to stay there. He explained about a special needs trust, and advised to do that. He was so thorough in explaining every detail of this. He put me at ease when I was feeling quite overwhelmed. I had the trust draft in my hands in about 4 days, reviewed it and corrected a few minor things and was in their office in another 4 or 5 days to do final signing. Pennington Law made this experience so much easier than I thought it would be. Everyone on their staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing estate planning.

This law firm will tell you they can help, ask for retainer and then tell you you haven?t got a case. For lawyers who should know AZ law they?re piss poor in communication. You will be charged for every message you send on portal, they will not respond and make you ask again and charge you again. It?s bad enough my siblings stole my inheritance but this attorney stole our retainer! He called us driving through the Apache Junction so there was no way to understand what he said. We provided documents he did nothing!! Stay far away from this law firm!
