Our law firm's founder, Kari M. Petrasek, has over 18 years of experience. She served as a guardian ad litem for dependent children for more than 13 years. In addition, she served as a judge and commissioner pro tempore for over 10 years in the Snohomish County Juvenile Court, serving in courtrooms conducting mental health hearings, guardianship proceedings and probate matters.
Attorney Petrasek is also an experienced litigator and holds licenses to practice in all Washington state courts as well as before the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the United States Supreme Court.
