I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle in front of me. There was significant damage to all three vehicles. I received injuries to my back, neck, and base of my skull that ended up being extremely painful. I was treated by my own medical team for a lengthy period with minimal results because the origin of the pain was difficult to pin down. After about 9 months, I received bills from my healthcare provider and medicare. Their rationale was if the problem was cause by someone else, that person should pay. I hired Rosenthal Law and they immediately took that burden off me. They took on the task of tracking the bills and handled the management of them. When my health plan people gave up on trying to solve my problem Mr. Rosenthal recommended trying to a different health provider. They made all the arrangements and handled everything. My health problems are mostly solved and David Rosenthal negotiated a healthy settlement for me. The whole time that this was going on he kept me informed of the status of everything and contrary to my beliefs, he (an attorney!) returned all my calls. I'm very happy with David Rosenthal and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
