Marcus and his team were wonderful to work with, very communicative, upfront about legal fees and timeline and on top of everything. If you need a lawyer, call Sermons Law first. All the details - I had to file a litigation suit to sell my deceased mother's home. What was an otherwise very stressful time, Marcus and his team made this part of the process very easy. From the moment Marcus took on my case, he took care of everything. He communicated the timeline, fees, and necessary steps accurately and with clarity. There were no surprises, no hidden fees, no having to chase him down to get an update. His team was on top of everything from the start and the case moved at lightning speed with no missteps. They were quite thorough to explain everything, so that I had very few questions as to the process or timeline. What few questions I did have, they responded promptly and made sure I understood everything. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate the other party as much as reasonably possible in the interest of coming to a resolution as quickly as possible was extremely appreciated. While a litigation suit is never a pleasant thing to have to go through, I enjoyed working with them and if I ever need a lawyer again, I am calling Sermons Law.
