My name is Brian F. Stayton, and I am the founder of the Stayton Law Group, P.A. When I founded my law firm in Valrico, Florida, my goal was to provide high-quality legal services to construction companies and owners at reasonable rates. Today, I continue to provide value in the resolution of disputes involving owners, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects, in Valrico, Plant City, Brandon and throughout the Tampa Bay Area, especially when they face construction-related litigation.
I began my legal career in 1989 after earning my law degree from Duke University School of Law. After practicing law in both Missouri and Kansas for 10 years, I moved to Florida in 1999. I have been certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar since 2005. I have built a legal practice based on experience, knowledge and professionalism. I seek to provide “big-firm” expertise, without charging big-firm rates.
If you are a professional in the construction industry and you need an attorney to represent your side, you can turn to my law firm, the Stayton Law Group, P.A. In addition to representing clients in construction litigation and arbitration, I work with clients to resolve disputes before suit when possible. We prepare and record construction liens at a flat rate. And, I also provide legal guidance to clients who need assistance with the drafting of contracts or who need legal advice on other construction-related matters.
Regardless of the legal need you have, I will work diligently to help you overcome your legal challenge.
