My experience in this law firm since i started my case here, has been positive and immediate responses back. I have been a long time client due to that fact. The most important thing about this immigration team was that they never give up on my case. Every other attorney closed the door on me but this firm didn?t say we?ll try they said they?ll do it and today I got my green card. Perla and Jessica were my paralegals and they are true best at communication and patience. They were prepared for every outcome and attorney Hai Ford assisted me in court and infopass, she was a killer. She didn?t take no for an answer and she was confident. I have nothing big huge disappointment with the Gonzales law group. I trusted them with my case and yet they have abused that trust. all they cared about was delaying the case and charge me for services that most of them did not even happen. They never respond or answer back, but sure will contact you non stop when it is time to pay, then they disappear. Totally unprofessional, and will not look out for the best of your interest.
