From the very first point of contact Mr. Poole was very responsive and eager to help. He responded to each and every email and phone call quickly and discussed my case and possible outcomes with me before I hired him as my attorney. I was very distraught and worried about the charges I faced, but Mr. Poole was confident of a positive resolution and assured me that everything would turn out ok. And it did. The resolution was much better than I expected and he absolutely went above and beyond in court. I am very pleased with the ease of communication throughout and the resolution he facilitated.
