Totally unprofessional firm. At March 15, 2023, I did the huge mistake to hire the lawyer Christian Guerra to do pre-filing investigations for my case, paying him $2500. Unfortunately nothing was done by him and his law firm. I did the whole work on his behalf as he does not even know, he does not seem to have even any knowledge of the law. Even worse, he never answered any of my calls/texts, not even once. I And despite my innocence that it was obvious from the beginning. Unfortunately Christian Guerra never texted me/called me back and even though I lost my father recently he still never texted me/called me back, and even though I was begging him to give me an answer to my questions, and even though I paid him $2500 for pre-filing investigations. Obviously Christian Guerra does not even have the slightest empathy, but it is sad that he cannot justify my payment of $2500 to him and his law company for his zero work, as it was totally unacceptable as I was completely in the dark with my case as he never texted me/called me back, and it is even more totally unacceptable to learn by myself about that cited charge that was filed formally without knowing few days ago. And as I immediately emailed his law office about it on Friday evening, someone from his office answered my email back on Monday noon. Even after they did not even see the cited charges getting filed warning me or doing what they were supposed to do. And I was begging him but he rarely texted me back. Almost never. And even worse the DA filed formally some from the March 15, 2023 cited charges with the new arraignment date at Feb 16, 2024, and even even worse I learned it by myself the previous weekend through checking my name through the relevant court website and thus, I sent an email immediately to his law office on Friday, although they replied back to me on Monday norming. And I learned the filed charge by myself. And I have done the whole work for my case that he was supposed to do & his law office. I am looking to file a complain with the law association as attorneys like Christian Guerra should not work as attorneys. It brings bad reputation for his law firm too, and for the rest of the lawyers in U.S. And even though I have done all the work for him and still he did not even wanna do what I hired him to do. Christian Guerra did not do nothing. I wanna seek my money back from that law company as they have not done any pre-filing investigation as it was insane to learn by myself about that filed cited charge even though I paid them $2500. Please do not do the same mistake as I did. Stay away. And Monday evening another attorney called me asking me $2500 extra, trying to take advantage of my unfair situation, without being able to even give me any confidence, despite that I have done all the work for him too, and despite that he knows that I am innocent. These are sick people in that law company. The next few weeks, it is my plan to send an email to his company to give me back those $2500. Even 1 star is too much for Christian Guerra and his law firm.
