Brooks is admitted to practice law in a number of state and federal courts including the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals; The State Bar of Georgia, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia; the U.S. District Court, Northern District of West Virginia; and the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit.
Brooks also enjoys financially supporting and volunteering for numerous charities including the Kanawha Charleston Animal Shelter, Manna Meal, and Mission West Virginia. When not working, Brooks enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife, children, and dogs.
