David C. Erb - Menlo Park, CA

David C. Erb is a partner with the Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP and manages the firm's San Ramon office. Mr. Erb devotes his practice to providing the highest level of advocacy and support to clients throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties, addressing their divorce and complex, high asset family law matters.

Certified as a Family Law Specialist by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Erb has helped Bay Area families with their child custody and support, property division, high-asset divorces, and complex financial matters for over ten years. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Erb served as a business valuation analyst for several years, giving him unique insight into property valuations as part of the divorce estate.

Mr Erb graduated from Santa Clara University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Finance). He earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2010.

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Erb is a former president and board member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association Family Law Section. Mr. Erb is also a board member of the entire Contra Costa County Bar Association, and served as Secretary in 2021, President-Elect in 2022, and will be President in 2023. He also holds active bar association memberships in Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and the State Bar of California. Committed to his local community, Mr. Erb volunteered his time and services to Bay Area Legal Aid, where he advocated on behalf of domestic violence victims and their children.

Distinctions

In 2017, 2018 and 2019, Mr. Erb was been recognized on the Super Lawyers® Northern California Rising Stars list. Professional Involvement

Mr. Erb was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Family Law Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association for the years 2014 - 2018. In 2017, Mr. Erb was elected to serve as the section President.

In 2018, 2019 and 2020, Mr. Erb was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the entire Contra Costa County Bar Association.

Mr. Erb is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Court, Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth District.

Mr. Erb is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association, San Mateo County Bar Association and Santa Clara County Bar Association.
