As a part of the class action and mass tort litigation team, Diane works on a wide variety of cases and enjoys learning something new from each one.
Her role includes reviewing countless documents as part of the discovery process, assessing their significance to the case and conducting expensive legal research. Diane also prepares memorandums for other attorneys.
Throughout her career, Diane has been driven by her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients. She remains committed to upholding the principles of integrity, compassion, and dedication in her pursuit of justice for all.
Background & Experience
Diane graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a degree in psychology. She went on to receive her J.D. at the Valparaiso University School of Law.
Before joining Simmons Hanly Conroy, Diane gained extensive experience in several different areas of law, including antitrust litigation, estate planning, family law and contract preparation.
Diane also worked as a legal writing instructor at the Illinois Institute of Paralegal Studies, where she taught students essential skills in conducting research, analyzing legal issues and drafting written documents.
Outside of work, Diane regularly volunteers at Loaves & Fishes, a community pantry that aims to end hunger by providing food to thousands of families every week.
