Whether it be closing on the sale or purchase of a client's home, filing or amending tax returns, seeking a resolution for back taxes that clients may owe, or creating a trust and estate plan, Kayla is happy to help her clients navigate this complicated and ever-changing area of the law.
A lifelong resident of Illinois, Kayla grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and attended North Central College, where she graduated cum laude with a double major in finance and economics and a minor in mathematics in 2012. Kayla then went on to graduate cum laude from the John Marshall Law School in 2017 and earned her L.L.M. in Taxation in 2020.
